Forum Programme Plan

The Forum will be conducted in person over 3 days, the on-site badge pick up will begin on 22 September 2025 followed by an ice-breaker. The projected schedule of the forum will be updated regularly on the NATO M&S COE web page – https://www.mscoe.org/event/nato-ca2x2-forum-2025/.

The final detailed Agenda will be issued in due time.

Partnering Activities:

Event

The 20th NATO CA2X2 (Computer Assisted Analysis, Exercise, Experimentation) Forum, organized by the NATO Modelling and Simulation Centre of Excellence, is an event where military users, industry and academia meet and discuss M&S topics like M&S Discipline, Exercises, Experimentation, Wargaming, Analysis,  Standards, Interoperability, and so on.

Registration

Registration to the event for the M&S community of interest will be available from 16 June through 4 September.

Given the high profile of the event and the resonance it will have in the military & technical industrial environment, the Centre would like to extend an offer for Companies to assist the Forum in terms of sponsorship for the event.

Call of papers

The NATO M&S COE kindly requests all interested experts, authors, and presenters to submit abstracts, presentations, papers (optional), and articles in line with the Forum’s topics to be evaluated by members of NATO CA2X2 Forum Technical Program Committee. Authors of approved abstracts will be asked to prepare a presentation, then to present it during the NATO CA2X2 Forum.
